When to pay your bill

We request you to pay your bill by the due date. The invoice would have been received by you by E-Mail or from internet self care.

How to pay your bill

ECS is the best and the fastest way to pay your bill. It helps avoid any late payment charges and disconnection and helps you enjoy uninterrupted service.

Mode of Payments

Choose from a host of convenient payment options only with Airtel. Walk into any Airtel Relationship Centre and make your payment by cash or credit card. Drop a cheque at any of our conveniently located cheque drop boxes or simply log on to Self-care online and pay instantly through your credit card. What’s more you can also opt for easy payment options like ECS Payment, Credit Card standing instructions etc.

• Cash

  • Pay by CASH at any of your nearest Cash Point.

    Receive System generated Payment Receipt.

    In case you are provided with ‘Manual Receipt', ensure to accept only the one provided with HOLOGRAM.

• ECS –Easy Payment Option:

  • Direct Debit is a very convenient way to pay for your bill. With this facility, payment for the bill will be automatically debited from your account and credited to your Airtel (Fixed Line & DSL) account. )
    Benefits:
    If you decide to pay for Airtel (Fixed line & DSL) services by Direct Debit, you are eligible for an attractive discount * on your monthly bill.
    It will spare you from keeping track of paying your monthly bills and running to the nearest drop box or payment centre.
    No more Payment related barring **, thus helping you avail UNINTERRUPTED HASSLE FREE SERVICE.
    No Late Payment Charges.

    Process for ECS payments:
    Download the ECS form, Print, complete and return it at your nearest Airtel Retail Centre
    OR
    You can also pick up the form at any of Airtel Retail Centre, complete and return it to Airtel Retail Centre.
    Attach a ‘Cancelled Cheque' along with the ECS form before depositing the Form.
    Each month your bill will be debited automatically to your bank account registered with us.
    You will receive payment confirmation through SMS on your MOBILE NUMBER Registered with us* AND will also reflect in your next bill.
    On receipt of your duly completed and verified form, your Auto Pay Facility through ECS will be activated within 15 WORKING DAYS.
    *NOTE: It's easy to register your Mobile Number with us. Just call 121 from your fixed line number and register your Mobile Number with us.

• Standing Instructions (Easy payment by Credit Card)

  • You can give us standing instructions to debit your credit card account for your monthly Airtel (Fixed line & DSL) l bills. All you have to do is:

    Download the SI form, Print, complete and return it at your nearest Airtel Retail Centre

    OR

    You can also pick up the form at any of Airtel Retail Centre, complete and return it to Airtel Retail Centre. Each month your bill will be debited automatically to your credit card registered with us.

• Cheque Drop Boxes

  • Drop in a cheque at any cheque Drop Box location in your city.

• Online Payment

  • Pay through Credit Card:

    Register yourself for Self-care online*

    Login using your Self care ID & Password.

    Enter some important details like account no., DOB, etc. and submit.

    Click on ‘Make new Payment’ Option.

    Click on the ‘account no.’ you wish to pay for.

    Enter the amount you wish to pay.

    Choose ‘Credit Card’.

    Use any valid Visa, MasterCard OR Diners Credit Card and submit.

    You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will have to enter your credit card details.

    Your Payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card will be instantly debited.

    You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.

    Pay through Debit Card:

    Login using your Self-care* ID & Password.

    Enter some important details like account no., DOB, etc. and submit.

    Click on ‘Make new Payment’ Option.

    Click on the ‘account no.’ you wish to pay for.

    Enter the amount you wish to pay.

    Select your payment mode-Debit Card, and click on the ‘Submit’ button to initiate payment.

    Choose the ‘Bank’ to make your payments.

    You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will have to enter your debit card details.

    Your Payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your debit card will be instantly debited.

    You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.
